Ross Tucker had me on his big show this week in what will be the first of a number of appearances over the next couple of months. We talked about OTAs and how teams evaluate these players after the draft:

  • Coaches pigeon-holing players too fast
  • Ryan Riddle’s The Hidden Advantage of Being a High-Round Pick
  • Confirmation bias that exists in the practice process
  • Why the NFL is behind the curve in developing young players
  • Why expecting college football to be the NFL’s developmental league is a bad plan

Listen here and check out all my appearances on Ross Tucker’s podcast here.
