Each year, I like to list the players who will be in the Rookie Scouting Portfolio publication. If any of these players return to school, I will save them for the 2022 publication.
The opportunity to pre-order the 2021 RSP begins on December 15.

So far, I have studied 162 prospects. Those returning to school who are listed below will be in the 2022 RSP. The usual range of players in the RSP publication spans 150-175. I estimate the final total (once I exclude returning upperclassmen studied in 2021) will be between 150-160 players.
Many of the quarterbacks with late-round or UDFA values not listed below will likely appear in the post-draft publication.
