I’ve heard a few people tout Kevin Hogan. David Igono is one of them. I finally got to watch the Stanford quarterback and I came away impressed with skills that are difficult to teach. A mix of Philip Rivers and Jim Harbaugh came to mind. Neither of these names I dropped are meant as direct comparisons of talent, but Hogan is a fearless passer with good ball placement, pocket presence, and better than average athletic ability.
